MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Patients can make an appointment by either telephoning the Surgery during opening hours or in person by coming to the Surgery or directly ONLINE via the EMIS system.

We routinely offer 10-minute appointments. If you think you will need longer please ask for extra time. Please be aware that your GP/Nurse may run unavoidably late due to the needs of the previous patient.

By Telephone:
01935 812633 Mon – Fri 08.00- 1830

At the Surgery:
Mon-Fri 08.00-18.30

Online at anytime:
By connecting directly to the EMIS appointments system via the Internet. 

For your protection we will need to register you individually at our Surgery. Please come to Reception with Identification, such as a passport or driving licence, and we can then print off your own personal account details and password. Once you have these details please click on the icon “online appointments” above and follow the instructions on your registration document from the practice.

Once registered you can also order repeat prescriptions from the online service, please see the section “ordering a repeat prescription online” for further information.

Sick Children:
Unwell babies and young children will always be seen urgently.

Urgent Consultations
Please ask for an "urgent" appointment for that day. You will be seen the same day, but not always by the doctor of your choice.
