We would like to thank you for your patience and bearing with us.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we have had to change our opening hours until further notice. We will post updates on our website and Facebook pages.

The dispensary will be open at the following times:

• Monday 8:30am to 6:15pm (no change)
• Tuesday 8:30am to 5:45pm (no change)
• Wednesday 8:30am to 1pm
• Thursday 8:30am to 5:15pm (no change)
• Friday 8:30am to 4pm

Please be aware that the Dispensary will be CLOSED on the following dates:-

• Wednesday 16th July
• Wednesday 23rd July
• Wednesday 30th July

Our telephone line opening times will remain the same (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9:30am to 11:30am), please call 01935 812633 and select option 2 to speak to a member of the dispensary team.

We will endeavour to deliver the same friendly service but due to staff shortage, things may take us a little longer.

For non-dispensing patients, we expect to have processed your medication request within 2 working days and suggest collecting from your nominated pharmacy at least 5 working days after ordering however we advise checking with your usual pharmacy how long they recommend.

For Dispensing patients, we would really appreciate being given 4 working days to have dispensed prescriptions ready to collect. We will trial texting patients when prescriptions are ready however please note that this is a manual process. If you are collecting for more than one person, please ensure that texts have been received (if applicable) for each person. Texting was previously stopped because it is a time-consuming process and we received a lot of negative comments. We will stop this service again if it begins to impact staff morale.
